 What is EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)?

It is a waterproof, synthetic rubber membrane, which will stretch but not tear, split or crack unlike conventional flat roofing materials.  It is unaffected by ozone or UV light and is designed to outlast  all conventional roofing materials. 

Natural slate in colour.  No chippings or ballast to clog gutters.  No moss growth.  Moisture proof yet breathable. Tried & Tested.

 Is EPDM expensive?

No, despite its considerable technical advantages it compares well with other quality roofing systems and because of its long life span will often work out to be much cheaper over time.
